Our Return Policy

We accept returns of most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your safety and ours, certain items cannot be returned (see exceptions below).

Note: The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used sleeping bags (Camp Kitchen and Sleeping Bags categories)
  • Opened food containers from Camp Kitchen
  • Personalized or custom-ordered gear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of receiving your item. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our adventure support team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item with all original tags and packaging materials.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different product requests:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we process your return (additional charges may apply for price differences)

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates
  • Allow extra time for international shipping and processing
